I'm Joe Hall. I'm a substance abuse counselor, and I started 4th Dimension Apparel because addiction has run through my family. I got tired of the only public version of that story being the worst day.

I was thirteen when it started and twenty when I could not get through a day without it. The shirts came out of that. A design should start a conversation, not give a speech, and it should be wearable by anyone in recovery and by the people who stayed.
